I felt it was my duty to cross reference his names this way because he uses both names. He has used both names for many credit reasons. People know him as only Jimmy Salters or only David Hines, depending on who he wants to be. This man has
criminal records under Jimmy Salters, Jaime Garcia, and Jimmy Lopez. He is a trucker who is looking for a companion to ride with him. He is on Twitter as "Doughboy 2010".
Beware !!!!!!!!!!!! he will attain any personal records he can from you, and use them to obtain
credit. He has done it to me. He preys on women. He is known to be in Florida and
South Carolina. From what I have found out, he may also have ties in Texas.
