So you are sending email and in the reply the "seller" says "I can only accept payment via paypal to the following e-mail address: jairvin3@gmail.com. Once payment is received, I will promptly forward you all of the material."
You are sending payment $50 and never hear again from seller. Start dispute through paypal and the seller says he had Internet connection down and never talks to you again. There are tens of those AD's online with the same name and email addresses for different solution manuals.
