I too recieved this email from David Miller-KFORCE Talent Consulting, (((Redacted))).  I was excited so I replied asking David to call me at my number on my resume as they mentioned this is where they recieved my info. Plus he mentioned I could call him but his number was left out of the email. On the 2nd email (see below) he asked me to contact him via his webpage or the provided numbers. Oh, here is note saying they are having issues with their phone system.

 **NOTICE - Update (11/25/14): You may be aware that we are continuing to experience some technical issues with our email and phone systems. Some are reporting emails bouncing back and a busy signal on the phone. Please be advised that I am receiving your messages as the IT administrators are resolving these problems. I've been told that if you type my emai address directly into the "To:" section versus simply hitting "Reply:" it will be sent accordingly.***

When you click on the links the site looks very professional. One link ask you to download the  Pre-Employment Skills Assessment Test Review Information.  I DID NOT!  There were many other clues in the email that tipped me off.  I'm not going to mention them as these people will use this to improve their scam. When I did a WHOIS DOMAIN lookup I see this domain was just purchased on 11/22/14 by an UNKNOWN.  Also I did a phone number lookup to find they are in located in MADHYA PRADESH & CHHATISGARH, INDIA. I suspect this domain name was part of a real company which recently went out of business which is why is looks so good.  Hope no one gets snag by this email scam.
