We contacted this Atty's office after our daughter was hit by another driver. He agreed to respresent us and asked us to fax us all the information we had about the case.

After receiving the information packet Kohm sent over I returned the requested documents along with additional information including the police report which supported liability against the other driver.

A couple of days later Sandra A. called back to say that they couldn't represent us because their other office had taken on the case of the other driver. She then went on to say that this prohibited them from representing either party. However, 1 month later our insurance company said that they are still representing the other driver.

It is so unethical to pretend to represent opposing parties of the same accident, gather information which is pertinent to the case in addition to being confidential in order to choose which party you want to represent.
