David Tarter Extortion , from old people ,, Contractor, takes deposits and doesnt do the work Lynden Washington

 Dave   tarter  has  been  going  around the county and taking  money  from  old  people ,  to  do   work on ther  property from new  construction, to  painting , fix and repair work ,  he  will  steal  items from your home if   he  does come  back after you  give him a  large  deposit  to do any  such work , then  never  to  return , he has  taken over 150,000   from  people just in the  whatcom  county  area alone and the police or the  sheriff will do  nothing ,  please   beware of this   person ,  he is in his  30s   and  goes  to  Karaoke ,, in  ferndale ,  everson,  bellingham  one of his  hang outs is the  Village on  nortwest ,  he has  taken  over  25,000   from my  Father  with is   sufferning from Dementia and Alzheimers
