Seller DID NOT deliver the exact product as advertised on their website. Plus, product was delivered more than 24 hours LATE, opposed to the "IMMEDIATELY DOWNLOADABLE" words posted on the ad. Also, the product is HARD and DIFFICULT, contradictory to how the seller advertised the product being easy and friendly to use.
More so, some of the BONUS softwares that came with the product are TRIAL versions that is NOT mentioned on the seller's ad at all. On the ad, the reader is made to believe the bonus softwares are full versions that comes with the product for free. Basically, I ended up PURCHASING a FREEWARE product.
I tried to reach the seller several times via paypal and through their email addresses (since the seller does not give any other altnernative to reach them) to get technical help at first. BUT NOW, I just decided to request for a refund for the full price of $39.95 after the seller continously IGNORES my correspondences & requests. I've been waiting long enough so I come to you for assistance.
I tried disputing it via Paypal but their Buyer's Policy Protection doesn't cover internet fraud and scams. As per Paypal, I should directly address this to the seller which I have been doing. So far, the only info I have for the seller, provided by Paypal is the name of the seller: David Yu and email addresses: dvdorder@mrsender.com, support@777ad.com, support@copyextra.com. Paypal doesn't intend to further and cannot help me further on this.
Til now, no response from the seller. None at all.

By the way, I purchased the software last January 26, 2004.
Also, on the seller's website, the expiration date of the offer always tells you the date that you visit the website. So, you are made to believe that you have the purchase the product now or else. BUT actually it constantly changes to the date of when it is visited.
