DAVIS AUCTION GALLERIES FRAUD RIPOFF CHEAT LIARS THEIVES PHELPS New York

on oct 11th i consigned items to Davis Auction Gallery to be sold on oct 23rd 2006.

i then after the sale date tried to contact Todd Davis the owner who took my items, so i may pick the remaining items up. i was told he had to "round them up" and would call me. i was told that several times.i was given many excuses as to why he wasnt going to be around. being fom out of town i was trying to arrange a mutual time.i was given the run around. i was sent a check for sthe items that sold.

on or about dec 13th i spoke to Todd and again asked when i can pick the items up. i was told he would put the items back in Auction on the 18th. i agreed. i then tried several times to contact Tod and was told he wasnt around and would call me back.

I finally spoke to him on the 28th of Dec and was told to come now and pick up items. i drove 40 miles to do so and when i got there he wasnt there, his Father was and his dad tld me that there wasnt anything left, and since i left them for so long they dumped the. and "GO TO COURT" hahaha..

i was insensed and said i had many items unsold and i had the lists of what was sol and what wasnt. he said he didnt care and i should have picked them up long agao. at that point Tod walked in and said there was only one tging left.i asked why wasnt i told about this and he said i cant be bothered with youfr items when i have so much. i was then told all remaining items were sold in "box lots" llumped to gether and sold.

this is contrary to Dads response and i also never agreed to this. i tried to arrange pick up and when i reminded Tod d of this in person, i was tok,d that its not his fault, he has moe important things and he wasnt redsponsible. i never signed anything that stated a time limit or agreed to " box lots"

i was old numerous times by Tod that he would call me, in person he said he cant call everyone!. his response and his fathers respones(his father being an employee) were diffrent than each other.
I have been stalled and stolen from. he purposely stalled me in comin g to keep my items and reap the benifets.he told me on the 28th he was there every monday only . when we spoke on the phone i told him i could not go on Mondays. he said ok i will call you. if he was only ther on mondays why was it on Thurs dec 28th i was there and oct 11th when i brought the merchandise was a wed.?? i

i was lied to cheated and stolen from. this outfit is a scam.
