I signed up for a "free" trial, and upon realizing that it wasn't "free," that they would be charging my card a large amount of money for "future" shipments I called the phone number listed on their "guarantee." It was a recording, asking that I leave a message, which I did. I explained that I wanted to cancel the order, giving them the info, and told them to not charge my credit card. When I received my bank statement my card had been charged. That was over a month ago and I have not received my sample product either.
I emailed the company, and after several emails back & forth, they claim that they cannot find my order, that I never I placed one. I sent them a copy of my bank statement (pertinent info blacked out) showing the day, name of their company and the amount I was charged, and they still deny it.
My last email received from them was that I am not a customer in their database, that they checked the site I sent them and they think it's a scam, and perhaps I should contact the other site, Idol White. I thought this very odd since the name "Idol White" never came up anywhere in my order. I used ficticious names and email addresses to recreate my order, stopping short of entering credit card info, and the only sites it sent me to were "Dazzle White" and "Dazzle White Pure"....no "Idol White." I'm wondering why these people can't be stopped if the credit card companies have paid on these orders, it shows on bank statements, yet these scam artists are still in business.
