Dazzle White Pro is a scam! If you sign up for the trial offer, they will also automatically enroll you in their partner companies "Insider Secrets" and "Comprehensive Weight Loss". It is says this in their terms and conditions, but many people don't read it beforehand. To avoid further charges on your credit card - which they will charge every month - you MUST cancel your subscription with ALL companies and RETURN all the trial offers you received within 14 days. You are not allowed to get a refund, you're only allowed cancellations.
Here are the phone numbers of the 3 companies you should call to cancel the charges on your credit card:

Insiders Secret - 1-866-989-2685
Also, if you try to cancel your credit card, your credit card company may not do so and say they don't see any signs of credit card fraud since you didn't read the terms and conditions.
