HAVE BEEN ORDERING CARTONS OF CIGARETTES FOR ALMOST A YEAR WITH NO DIFFICULTIES. THERE WERE 2 SITES ONE WAS $1 CHEAPER PER CARTON BUT BOTH BILLED FROM SAME RETAILER. NOTICED ON NIGHT OF DECEMBER 7TH THAT COMPANY WAS ADDING MORE SITES , FIGURED THEY WERE EXPANDING THEIR BUISNESS. MADE MY ORDER AS USUAL, E-CHECK. FUNDS WITHDRAWN ON 12/09/2009. THE WEBSITES CLAIM UNDER MAINTENENCE, 800 # IS A MESSAGE SAYING NOT TAKING ORDERS. THERE IS A WEBSITE THAT HAS UPDATED LIST OF CIGARETTE RETAILERS THAT ARE ONLINE, ALL WEBSITES BY THIS COMPANY ARE GONE FROM LIST. SITES BELONGED TO CHAVEZ INC. OUT OF LOUISVILLE, KY. THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE HERE ALSO BEEN BURNED. DIDN'T NOTICE NAMES OF THE NEW SITES, DBESTONE, CIGARETTES DIRECT & A-1 CIG ARE THE 3 NAMES I KNOW. LOOKS 2 ME THAT THEY MADE AS MUCH FAST CASH AS POSSIBLE THAN SHUT EVERYTHING DOWN. WAITING FOR FRAUD DEPARTMENT AT MY BANK TO CALL ME, MIGHT HAVE TO CONTACT ATTORNEY GENERAL IN KENTUCKY.

I've ordered from a1cig for over a year. One of the guys even called me when I was having problems with changing my address on their site. Very nice and friendly and fast with delivery. It sucks that the site is down. According to the poster above me it sounds like it may be a legal issue. It's absolutely ridiculous that cigarettes in my state are reaching $8 a pack. Who the hell can afford that?? That is why sites like a1cig are needed. Ridiculous that a site like that is needed but it is.

I been a cd2u customer for over 4 years and no it's not a quick business scheme by them. This is the 2nd time they have went down once before in 07 I think... which took them down for over a month. The reason last time for it was our beautiful country doesn't want a state that has the best price for cigs to sell to states where they rip off customers such as illinois. Eh! Anyway, I am pretty sure this is the same situation again and probably where told by a judge to stop all sales. Again, I want to make sure you all know this is not a quick money scheme.
Been a CD2U Customer since 05 with only shipping (quickly) issues. That's it!
