We looked into this company on the internet, gave necessary information which they said would only cost aound $2.00 to process. We never receiced the packette of information, however, they charged my credit card 3x @ $69.95. I cancelled the subscription by calling the 800# the day I looked into this company. When I called them today after reconciling my bank statements with my bank personnell, We encountered that they have been billing me multiple times for services I never received and had cancelled back in June when I looked into them in the first place. No one at the 1-866-315-3967 # would answer any of my questions or direct me to the owner or give me a name. I spoke with 2 people there, first an Ailen Medina (woman) who kept repeating her little que card, then when she finally did get me a so-called supervisor, Vincent Medina, he changed his title to me three times finally telling me he was the operations manager. He was extremely rude and also kept repeating himself not answering any of my questions. When I asked who his boss was because I got nowhere with either of these people, he stated she sits next to him but he could not give me her name or let me talk to her, that they were not giving me a refund and hung up on me. I then called back, spoke to Ailen again, she once again kept repeating her "que" cards and this time, Vincent Lamarco would not get on the phone with me but I could tell he was standing right next to her coaching her until she finally hung up on me. They apparently give your account info. out to a third party, which it states no where until you get a bill for it, unauthorized, fraudulent charges. They try to tell you it's in their policies info. but no where does it state that they turn it over to another company to bill you, let alone @ $69.95 per month.

My bank cancelled my card and is issuing me a new one, and has all of the charges listed by them plus an overdraft of $70.00 because of them. The bank is sending me a fraud report to fill out with all of the information I have. Please shut this place down before it scams other innocent people or file a class action suit as I see I am not the only one this happend to.

Thank you for your time.
