Dead River York Gulf, Gulf Oil Charged my debit card twice and after bringing it to their attention, did nothing and denied it. York Maine

 I purchased gas for $40.74 on my debit card, signed and got a receipt. I returned home and checked my online banking and noticed I was charged an additional $40.75. I called my bank and they credited me $40.75 but was told to keep an eye on my online banking in case they put it through again. I went to the business and spoke with an employee there and explained what happened and he checked the receipts and told me there was no other receipt besides the $40.74 and not to worry about it. I checked my banking again and they charged me again for the $40.75. I have called the bank again and we are filing fraaud charges. The same person who waited on me pulled another scam. She handed him $20.00 and told him she wanted $20.00 for gas and he pumped close to $40.00 and when she noticed he claimed she told him to fill it and complained if she didn't pay he would be charged for it so she wrote him a check for the remainder. I wonder how many others he has cheated.
