Deal Dash Total scam, just legalized thievery , Internet

I've sent several emails and have only received canned automatic responses, if I receive a response at all. I "won" items in November and they never came.Some of the items I won were Christmas presents that "were no longer in stock" when deal dash changed suppliers. The idea that deal dash"sold" items they did not actually have is abhorrible. Isn't is also illegal?  

I'm extremely upset, and warning everyone I can that its a scam. I feel cheated, and ignored. I've spent (wasted) 500$ for bids on this site with nothing to show for it. I want my money returned. I realize that I fell for this scam, and willingly paid the site money, but I will be seeking legal counsel for the atrocious actions used by deal dash.
