Dealer Deals Direct DealerDealsDirect.com Sent defective (blank) disks and will not return my $805.37 Internet

I ordered Adobe CS6 for mac (Design & Web) and paid $805.37 inclusive of shipping fees. It arrived on time, but the disk was both blank AND chipped. I tried to call them and they do not answer their phones and the message received is that the mailbox is full and it asks for a passcode. I've sent email after email with little response. My first email received a reply stating that replacement disks would be sent via FedEx overnight. NOTHING. I've emailed repeatedly since then and they will not provide a refund and they will not provide the product. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Your money will disappear and you will not get satisfaction. I am going to contact the attorney general's office. That is the only recourse I have at this point. I cannot afford to take a loss of $800+ and I will be relentless until I either get a non defective disk or my money back. BTW... if you write a poor review of them, they refuse to post it on their site. All you will see is bogus glowing reviews about their service (Hah!) and their products.
