I ordered a wii console from their website that seemed legit - www.dealonice.com - for a Sub-Total: $229.99
United Parcel Service (UPS 2nd Day Air)$19.80
Total: $249.79
They only take wire transfers I wired the money, got confirmation from them that they had my order then no contact since the wire went thru. They have a contact number on the site and its a voicemail of a guy with an accent - I left many messages without a call back and sent many emails.
They took my money and I now can't get a Wii for my son's birthday this weekend. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be contacting my bank to notify the receiving bank and plan on contacting my attorney. This is ridiculous that a company could get away with this in this day and age. To top it all off, their website is now not active. Shame on them!
