The company called AP9 GALLERIA, AP9 CONNECTIONS, have been engaging in international credit card and bank fraud. They have charged me without my authorization $12.95 and $9.95 behind my back, both times while my computer was off, or when I was not even at home. It seems like they got my card information as an inside job after I ordered some products from VISTAPRINT.COM. (VistaPrint is LEGIT and until today I was happy with VISTAPRINT SERVICES).

After I placed my order with VISTAPRINT, I was told that I was going to receive a $10.00 cash back or credit. I started following the links given by VISTAPRINT, which sent me to their AFFILIATE: DEALPASS.COM. When I was asked my card number, I decided not to submit any more information. DEALPASS sent me an e-mail telling me that I needed to return to their site to complete the signup form, because the card information was not submited by me. They placed a link to return to the site, exactly to the page where I left unfinshed.

I tried to cancel, but they place no link on cancelling. Then over one month after this, they were able to find my card information, very likely provided by someone at VISTAPRINT, and I have been since charge the above amounts without any knowledge. Since my card information is not available on my PC and I have a state of the art antihacking software, and being VISTAPRINT the only company with which I do business online. Then it is fair to believe that AN INSIDER in VISTAPRINT provided the information I didn't provide to DEALPASS. DEALPASS is therefore involved in what can be considered credit card fraud, bank fraud, and international fraud, since even when I am an American, I am not living in the USA.

As the Executive Director of the American Assistance Center,(aka: www.ceasam.net) I find it a great concern to the best interests of the US CITIZENS living in the USA and ABROAD to find a way to stop that company from continuing ripping off.

The best part of their fraud was that my account is a FEDERAL DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNT CARD, and they have stolen US Government funds. Now DEALPASS REPLY TO ME INSTEAD OF REMAINING SILENT. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE THAT MY CARD IS A FEDERAL DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNT CARD. I CHALLENGE YOU TO FEDERAL COURT.

YOU HEREBY ARE WARNED TO REIMBURSE THE FUNDS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT.
