Let me first of all tell all the victims that Dean G Smart Buyz distribution company will not give anyone any merchandise and play games for refund. I have gone through everything like wrong account number, mailed checks to wrong address, delivery confirmation etc.etc..
Then when you will ask or make complaints they will tell you about there legal department or take your complaints back. This company as I have researched a lot has no credibility. They are 100% fraud and are involved in dangerous money activities it seems.
I have cases field with BBB, FTC ,IC3 and now will approach local senator to contact FBI and stop this man from further frauds.
I will highly encourage everyone that do not step back and get after these people with all possible means. Filing multiple cases against them with above institutions will expedite them to catch this man.
DEAN G should be behind bars.
I lost money, credibility and business all because of him.

This is ecommerce company .Dean Golde is person who sold us HEELYS ROLLER shoes. He took 12k from us . Till 3 months he made no delivery. We lost lot of business because of him approx. He is a Fraud out there. We filed Case with BBB and negative feedback was found. We asked for refund which they are holding with them. He cancelled his phone number and changed his office. Dean G from Smart Buyz distribution still owe us 7K and it has been close to 3 months we have not received the payment. I lost approx. 30 k and store leases because of DEAN G. There are more people whom he is ripping off each day.
I have also seen people making complaints against Dean G for ripping them with close to 100k.
We should stop this man from doing illegal business .

This fraud has to be stopped. I am 60 years old woman and have lost my business, sleep and hard earned money because of DEAN G SMART BUYZ DISTRIBUTION.
