Debbie Paulik and Elanor Roberts Diamond R Equine Sold broodmares that were way older than stated and also injured and sick Wrightwood, California

Was looking for broodmares for my ASHA stallion Elanor Roberts was one of my good clients (at the time) and she had a friend ,, Debbie Paulik in California who had two "great" broodmares she would sell me for a good price. 
Information they both gave me was the arabian was 12yrs old, just retired from showing, and the NSH mare was 14yrs old and had been a on and off broodmare, , both were open for this season and would stay open so when I got them I could breed them to my stallion.
Elanor said she would make the trip and bring horses to Missouri for me since she wanted to go to California and visit her friends, so I paid Elanor round trip driving to go to CA (plus I paid for horses) and bring me back the two broodmares
When the horses arrived the Arabian was on the thin side but we were told that she didn't travel well so she would perk up once settled in, , they said they would send a little feed with them so they would have time to get adjusted to MO feed ,, the little half bale that came with the horses was barely enough for one feeding
When I got the paper work I found out that both horses were actually closer to 20yrs old, a lot older than the horses were supposed to be, they were also old enough that they should be being retired from breeding not being sold as good broodstock!
The Arabian was supposed to be a halter show horse, but have found out that she was not a halter show horse since her confirmation was not perfect enough, but she was shown in dressage but never won anything.  This horse was shown until a trainer flipped her over in the wash racks where she suffered nerve damage and was then retired from showing since the nerve damage was too great for her to be ridden any longer!
When I got these horses to my house I talked to Debbie and she told me that the Arabian could be ridden she was a great show horse,, this was before I found out how old and what kind of horses that I had gotten suckered into purchasing.  This was the last time that I was able to talk to Debbie I had left messages on her machine and still have not heard anything back from her,, knowing what I know now about the horses it is because they know they screwed me so badly, thousands of dollars screwing me!!! 
Elanor has done the same thing, before the horses were brought here she was always calling us needing us to help her do this or that or help her with her horses, , after she dropped off the horses she won't answer our calls, she has been avoiding us.  Obviously this shows that they KNOW what they did ,,they robbed us of our money just so that Elanor would have the money to make a trip to CA.  Which when she left I found out that the reason she needed to go to CA is because she wanted to haul one of her own horses there to lease out and didn't have the money to haul the horse there!!  This whole deal was just a big scam so Elanor could get a free trip to CA and saddly her friend Debbie went right along with it.
And just to add to the mess of things, the last time that Elanor talked to us she was complaining about needing to find a way to CA because the mare she leased out the leasers had tested and they found out that she had nerve damage in her legs and was unable to carry a foal because of the damage she had. So apparently from her saying that they are chasing that dollar and not caring what they sell/lease or to who!!!
I have since this mess found out that the Arabian horse wasn't fully Debbie's horse and I had the original owner of the Arabian contact me and want to know how in the world her horse ended up in MO,, the Arabian was lent to Debbie for breeding after the accident and when the mare was ready to retire she was to go back to her original owner when the owner inquired about coming to get her horse since she was of retiring age she was told that we had her horse now. 
Elanor Roberts still owes us money for working in her stable and she told us when she got back that the trip made her broke so she can not afford to pay us for the work that we did for her, but she had the nerve to ask my husband to work on her hot tub because it wasn't working right?? Yup that the kind of person she is, ,
So now I have to mares that are too old to be broodmares, far from the 12yrs they were supposed to be when the deal was made, , I got a couple thousand dollars invested into these horses that are not going to be anything but pasture ornaments, with their bloodlines I could of made my money back on their foals if not by selling then by letting my kids show them,, but now I get to watch my money in the pasture keep adding up. 
By Debbie telling me the Arabian was rideable I took her for a couple rides this was before I found out about her nerve damage,, I could of seriously injured that mare!! Why would you lie about something like that? Just so that you could make a little money off of a couple horses she wanted to get rid of or to sell me poor stock just so that her buddy Elanor could get a free paid vacation by me  to go to California???
And to also add, the NSH mare had little nots on her neck that we have to have a vet come out and run tests on now, she had one knot on her neck that was about golf ball size,, future will tell if this is some kind of cancer, , just more money I am having to put into these horses that were sold to me and "good" breeding stock broodmares with champion lines!!  Sadly if the diagnosis is grim the mare will end up being put down, ,I just do not understand how people can sell horses like this!! Just so that they can put a little money in their pockets?? 
Buyers need to beware, as Elanor told me when I was looking into purchasing the horses that she was trying to sell a lot of her herd, , so buyers beware that you need to check ,, re check and check again any horse you might be purchasing from either of these two ladies !!!
