 Brenda Farley was contracted to restore my deck. She came out, quoted the job, gave me a copy of her LLC papers, E &O and said she could start as soon as she received our deposit. Its a first come furst served basis. She started my job in May. She stripped, sanded,cleaned my deck and stained it. She finished May 29. June 18th I noticed white marks on my deck and boards that had no stain. I called Ms. FARLEY and she said she would come out and take a look. She came out 2 or 3 weeks later. She agreeded the deck did mot look good but give her time to figure out what went wrong. Weeks,went by and she never contacted me. I finally reached her and said my deck looks horrible, its moldly and i have a baby showet Oct 8. She said she could not come out and reoy deck on time. She came out and powered washed my deck and we agreeded she would come back on the 10th of Oct to begin refoing my deck. She has never came back. I filed a complaint eith the BBB. I posted on her FB page. She chargef me over 6k fir a job that did not last 30 days. I spoke to another company that said,she sanded my deck to smooth and that is why the stain did not take. She owes me 6k and refuses to refund me. According to the home solitation act she should gave provided me with a right to cancel and she never did. Please help me to expose her for the fraud she is. If she continues to do business like this she will fraud 100s of people. I would like to have help getting my money back. Please please help me
