Buyer Beware ! The owner and operator of this online store is a CROOK ! Steals your credit card information and sells defective merchandise. Brooklyn New York

On June 20th 2009 I purchased some designer eyewear from the online company decormyeyes.com thinking I was getting a great deal, but what I got instead was defective merchandise and harrassment from Tony Russo.  I received damaged eyewear....scratches,dents and discolored rhinestones . I called to report the damage and request a full refund; I was told I would receive a full refund since it was shipped that way so I mailed it back to them the following day of receiving and that's when the abuse and harrassment started. 

The woman I spoke to on the phone said full refund and then I got an email stating they were gonna charge a 20% restocking fee?? When I replied and questioned the restocking fee charge, Tony Russo "if that's his real name" started sending me nasty abusive e-mails accusing me of switching glasses and sending back a defective one. 

He tried to convince me to keep them, but when I refused he started with abusive name calling and racial remarks "porch  monkey" it went on and on at 1 -200 in the morning....that's when he harrasses people I guess.  He called me from a blocked ph# and screamed at me, cursed me out did his best to out talk me by yelling and screaming.  He has been reported to Attorney General State of New York.  

In the same frame of time I also discovered fraudulent charges on my credit card which could only come from an online business !  That too is under investigation. This mans operation really needs to be shut down...he is unprofessional, rude, and a few other unmentionables!  Most recently he started harrassing me again sending e-mails everyday about clearing out his inventory 1:00 am everyday, I asked to be removed from the call list, that was ignored....so I sent an e-mail asking him not to contact me .

Once again he had the nerve to threaten me saying I would regret the day I ever bought a computer and that he doesn't take kindly to disputes and he isn't done punishing me !!  Yeah ok Mr Tony!   Please spread the word do not buy anything online from this "Crook".
