dee m dolvin Attorney sold me out miami, Florida

Im not sure it was a good idea hiring a lawyer who was once a attorney in the same city and county this incident happened, my lawyer and the D.A see each other every day. It seems like that all work together including the judge, the investigator did not even talk to all my witnesses, I told my lawyer i had a new witness who also was told by the victim that she was going to ruin my lawyer tells me its to late because the next day is the trial date. my lawyer has been trying to get me to plead guillty to one felony out of 7 32 months top with a good possibility it would be reduced to a misderminor and i wouldnt do more than 90 days in jail, but i really want to take it to jury trial why should i plea to something i didnt do . When the victim testified all she said was she couldnt remember thats because she drank 3 pints of vodka that night. how can the D.A win in trial if her witness the victim cant remember. ok so i go to court for trial date my lawyer tells me he is sick and is going to ask the judge for a extra week for the trial date to give me more time to make up my mind if i want to take the offer  plea bargain she told me she already told the D.A he was sick and she went along with her so we are sitting in court and i notice the D.A keeps looking back now i know why shes waiting for her cooperative witness the so called victim she failed to appear after being suppena my lawyer didnt say anything should he have said this has been going over a year now and that they have an unreliable witness to dismiss the case on those grounds now i go back to court in two weeks what if she fails to appear cause they cant find her . my lawyer is still trying to sell me out all plea bargains are off she failed to appear my lawyer has done nothing what should i do help
