Del Campo was contracted to build a house next door to us, we do not live their full time and when we showed up after a few weeks we discovered they have been parking in our Driveway since they started a month prior or more, they put their port a john on our proprty and had been using our electricity, upon arrive we informed them to move abd never park their again, and to stay off our proprty, we ended up calling the police becasue we went to the back yard and found our back door kicked in, garage door painted and a hole kciked in our hot tub, mind you i am not saying they did it more than likely a kid did it , but strangely enough we never had any issues before.

They also ran their concrete Truck against our brand new fence we had installed 6 months ago their truck ran into it ans not the gate does not close correctly and he has not come by to fix it like promised.

since he has a full time job at one of the plants he shows up in his Red safety suit he is not their full time watching what his guys are doing

i now have to spend money having a attorney draft a letter putting them on notice that of they cause any more damage to our propty they are responsible for it, for example over spray from painting that will not doubt stick to our vinyl siding and fence

and if we catch them tresspassing one more time and use our water or Electricty we will be pressing tresspassing charges on him and his employees since they have been warned on numerous of occasions
