It is with a broken heart that I am writing this review. We hired Delia as both our wedding coordinator and caterer for our wedding weekend: we had a rehearsal dinner for 75 people on Friday; the wedding on Saturday for 230 people; and a wedding brunch on Sunday for approximately 120 people. Since there is a limited amount of space for comments and feedback, I will focus my review on Saturday only.

(1) In addition to having Delia, we were supposed to have an additional wedding coordination assistant, which we did not have. Our bridal party and other family friends were running around our venue doing their jobs. I don’t know how else to reiterate the fact that we had NO help from ANYONE professional to have our day run smoothly. (2) The bridal suite was a disaster. When we first arrived it was stocked with all of our beverages for the reception. It was supposed to be decorated and beautiful -- set up to be our retreat for before and after the ceremony. Our photos – and the rest of the day – began an hour late because her “team” took an HOUR to get things out of the room. (3) We paid for chargers on the tables; gold/sparkly decorated table numbers; a mechanical lift to put in a chandelier; a second “brides” cake; none of which were used at our wedding. (4) There was no cake cutting utensils for our cake cutting. There was no flower baskets or ring bearer pillow. These are all things that were promised and not delivered. (5) Delia promised us flowers for our centerpieces. At 9 am on the day of our wedding she called our florist, who we contracted with separately from Delia, saying her normal florist is sick (seeing a theme?) and needed flowers for the 25+ tables for our wedding. OUR FLORIST saved the day and Delia never paid her! (6) WORST OF ALL the food we paid for during cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert were not delivered.

Not only was she paid in full for her services as well as the vendors she brought in, a year later, we are still being told that those vendors weren't paid, and she didn't provide us with half of what we had paid for. She stole from us. She lied to us. She scammed us. 

She completely sabotaged our wedding weekend – a weekend I have been dreaming of since I was a little girl.
