On or about the 16th of October 2007 I dropped off our dry cleaning. No receipt required as everyone is given their own bag with name and contact info attached...just drop and go.

When I stopped to pickup the clothes approximately a week later there were no clothes! Initially everything was cool, Maria the manager was going to handle it, and I figured the clothes were misplaced and would show up in a day or so.

Amazingly, before Maria ever got back to me, a letter arrives from the owner/manager (Lynne DElia) stating they apologize for the inconvenience but they have determined that our order had the correct number of items when it was picked up. Picked up by who? Lynne didn't seem to care that it wasn't my wife or myself that picked up the clothes...they were properly counted in and had the correct count when they went out so it sucks to be you but we look forward to serving you in the future.

Lynne DElia's customer service now amounts to not taking or returning our calls. So we're out $250 to $300 and Lynne is thankful for our business.

Lynne DElia what a P.O.S.

Delia's is very irresponsible

AUTHOR: Lee Ving - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 11, 2007

I lived at McDowell Mountain Ranch in Scottsdale, and utilized the Delia's at Horizon off of FLW & Thompson Peak.

Each time I went in, there was ALWAYS an exchange taking place between the clerk and a customer regarding lost goods. They lost a pair of my pants one time, and actually requested payment for cleaning the pants they lost. I told them I was not paying them for cleaning a pair of pants they lost. They then agreed to pay me for the pants in store credit.

I turned down their generous offer and found another cleaner. Why would I want dry cleaning credit from a cleaner that seems to routinely lose garments.

I hate to say it, but these buttheads won't give you anything, so find another cleaner.
