delta dental of pa incompetent fraudulent deceptive inconsistent rude Internet

   Signed up for delta dental of pa along with obamacare. Asked lots of questions, called all the right 800 numbers, went to the right websites, to get information about what is covered and what is not.

   Their website was unclear, so I had to call the 800 number to ask,and they told me over the phone that preventative and diagnostic was 100% covered and the deductible did not apply to it. But, of course, they lied. Had a cleaning and exam (preventative and diagnostic) and they used my deductible for it. They only paid $17 out of a $138 bill. 

   Got the runaround when I called to ask what happenned.   Spent all that time verifying everything before I signed up, and they just plain lied, or their information was incorrect. They agreed they told me the wrong information, but refuse to pay anyway. What ***hol*s. 

Some of the agents were very nice, but some were very rude. Stay away from Delta Dental. Incompetent and ultimately just a bait and switch cesspool.  Too bad they have some nice agents there, but the scumbags who run things are real, well,  I guess the best word is scumbags.  I even spoke to a supervisor, and I got the impression he was a scumbag, too.
