Denny's Auto Sale Dishonest and Misleading Denny's Used Car Dealership Fort Myers, FL Florida

 I purchased a car from his dealership in Feb 2013 on the understanding that it was in good condition. Within the first day, I took the car back due to it making noises, the Manager Tony garanteed that the car was in good condition.

Within the next five days, I found out that these people had sold me a car that had already been in a wreck. When I went back to return the car, they wanted to charge me 500.00 for taking the car off the lot; I could not afford to loss that money. It's only been five months since I've had this vehicle and now it needs a new motor.

I called the manager to inform him of what happen and to ask what they would do to help me (since they had me sign a form stating that if I had any issues with the vehicle, I would take it to them and not hire an attorney). The manager stated that there was nothing they could do. These people are misleading and dishonest. Don't ever buy a car from them.
