Denny's Restraunt Service was terrible and slow, manager was rude apache junction Arizona

The Denny's on apache trail in apache junction SUCKS, we went there at about 10pm on a sunday evening to order something to go, the manager was on the phone which was obviosly a personal call. We noticed there was only one couple there eating, the place was empty of customers yet there was 2-3 watresses\waitors and a couple busboys and looked like 2-3 cooks.We waited for about 8 minutes before she finally asked us what we wanted, we had already grabbed a menu by ourselves. We told her we wanted to order something to go. She yelled for someone else to come up and take our order. She then went towaeds the kitchen and about 10 minutes later came up and went out the front door to have a smoke. On her way by us we asked what was taking so long, she said they were changing cooks and cleaning the grill and had to wait for them to fire it back up. Apparently they had not even started our order yet. We asked several times what was taking so long we no reason given to us they simply would yell towards the cook saying, "is that to-go order almost ready?" Finally at 10:35pm the guy who took our order comes towards us with our order in a bag, I asked him if everything was in the bag and he said "should be" we looked and it was not, they forgot the side order of sausage gravy. That took another 2-3 minutes to get that. All we ordered was a SuperBird sandwich with fries and an ultimate omelette with side of sausage gravy. They put no silverware or napkins or ketchup or salt and pepper, they didnt even ask us if we needed them. We walked out the front door with our order and the manager was still out there with another employee and a friend taking a break. As we walked by her I said this place is rediculous, she asked what was wrong and we proceeded to tell her, they didnt even give us napkins or forks....she said do you have them now? We said NO we dont but just forget it, we were pretty upset by that point. It shoudn't take over 30 minutes to get what we ordered especially when there wasnt a sole in the place. DONT GO THERE , THE SERVICE SUCKS. and to top it off when we got home and started eating it , it tasting like a "dirty grill". I will NEVER EVER go there again.
