Dentalville S. Fort Apache Office BAD BUSINESS Las Vegas Nevada

Dentalville on S. Fort Apache, Las Vegas is the worst dental office I've took my children to. My 9 year old daughter went in to fix a cap for her tooth. Dentalville instructed me to wait in the waiting room while my 9 year old daughter had her teeth looked at. 45 mins passed before the Receptionist called me to the desk to say my 9 year old needed 7 teeth extracted and 4 fillings. My daughter just went to our other dentist 6 months prior (needed to switch dentist due to old dentist not taking dental coverage) to Dentalville's appointment. How is a receptionist going to give me a quote on what is needed to happen with my daughter's teeth? The dentist or assistant did not even approach me to show me why my daughter would need 7 teeth extracted. On top of the office visit, they took x-rays. All I wanted was to get my daughter's cap replaced or tell me what needed to be done to correct the cap that fell off. I did not get service for my daughter's cap, but instead the dentist wanted to pull 7 teeth from a 9 year old. Plus the receptionist said I was going to be charged $14.00 per filling that my daughter needed. My dental insurance covers all fillings. I had to have the receptionist look over my dental plan again before she corrected the charges. Bad Business.
