My name is so mote a be! active duty Navy Military.How do I request a state hearing on my existing case since DCSS in error submitted a terminated letter to my employer Dfas. The representatives DCSS are giving me the run around, when dcsc told me they didn't submitted it.Then garnishing my wages without a court order.!!! Whats wrong with this picture!! I got copies from my employer showing that Child Support Services Department Los Angeles County 5770 South Eastern Avenue Commerce, CA. 90040-2924 Commerical:#(323) 890-9800. Child support department distributed this terminal letter, since then I stuck with all this interest that accrued, awaiting a hearing for over 6mths now!
Been back and forth since July of 2008 where my last balance was $1600 now its up to $8000 for non payment.They cant do anything to assist me!
Child Support Services is Grimmy!Last but not least they are very quick to help prisoners!
