Derek Hendricks in Denver Colorado is a scam artist.
He has ripped people off all over Colorado, Wyoming and New mexico. He convinces people to do business with him and then he rips them off.
Derek Hendricks had a roofing company in Colorado, New mexico and Wyoming. After Derek Hendricks was able to collect MILLIONS of dollars from all of the jobs and maxed out all of his credit will Gulf eagle supply, Allied supply and ABC supply. He hid all of the money and filed for Bankrupcy so that he would not have to pay any of the suppliers what he owed them.
Now Derek Hendricks has taken the millions of dollars in cash that was hidden away and is starting another company as well as trying to become a motivational speaker.
Derek Hendricks has filed for bankrupcy before in the late 90's and did the same thing.
Derek Hendricks is currently involved in 2 lawsuits against him.
Al this info is correct and if you contact the Denver courts as well as the Denver bakrupcy courts you can confirm this. If you google Derek Hendricks complaints or scams you will see a lot of people he has ripped off.
Also google Derek Hendricks's company Brickey construction or roofing complaints and scams as well. You will see plently.
Derek Hendricks has hurt a lot of people. He is very full of himself.
Do not be misled by Derek hendricks.
Derek Hendricks is a smooth talker. Do your homework before you get involved with him.

I had an issue in July 2016 with Derek & his former business partner Joe Chancellor. I had hired them for an internet job, then after a month realized it wasn't the right thing for me and requested a refund. Derek did the right thing and refunded all of my money to me in installments, with kind negotiation and communication. I very much appreciated his integrity on the matter. I think he may have turned a new leaf since these last RipOff reports. I do hope he continues to strive to do the right thing and have integrity in matters of business and money in the future. Joe Chancellor turned out to be the evil one: he blocked me, called me names, and never returned my money. He wouldn't even cooperate when I sent lawyers to help me on the matter and was extrememly rude to my lawyer.
