On-line requests for health insurance will open a Pandora's Box of calls, some from Design Savers Plan representatives. Be aware:
requests for DL number, last four digits of SSN, bank check number with routing numbers to begin automatic payments. The plan was not misrepresented as "Insurance" but all the requests by phone smack of identity theft.

Seems the 1-800 phone line in Florida is a call center or 'boiler room' operation. I researched this plan on line and discovered all the "Rip-Off Reports". I couldn't be sure about this "plan" so I canceled immediately.

Design Savers Plan this company is not responding to any claims filed. They say none have been recieved. I have gotten several different fax numbers from this company and still no claims are said to have been sent. Now I am told the company was bought out and the new company states they see I am entitled to a refund but have no idea when that might be.
