Desir Brillance They have/had a campaign for free trial w/minimal payment; it was evidently hidden that we would be charged $87 a month after that; it was not to be found anywhere; we called to get a refund which they said would happen if we returned the item; refund never came and I cannot get ahold of anyone. unknown Internet

I am responding to the written complaint:  I have had this Company use my credit card even after I called the bank and explained that Desir Brilliance was a problem and I put a freeze on my account with the bank.  The bank then suggested I get a new card, new number and I agreed.  Bank sent me new card and what happened, Desir BRilliance had access to THAT credit card and charged me for products I did not receive.  They even had the nerve to send a very large shipment which I promptly took to the Post Office and returned it.  This nightmare began when I thought (back in February) I received a few samples of Desir Brilliance skin care products.  I have only seen two packing slips with no information.  There was no invoice (have written for them) and no response from the Company.  Better Business Bureau (after I wrote a complaint) wrote to me they had no response from the Company.  Meanwhile, the credit card company holds me responsible for all the fraudulent charges that Desir Brilliance has put on my account since February-August.  Customer Fraud Protection (part of the credit card company) does not support my allegations.  At this moment I do not who is the worse culprit in this, Desir Brilliance or the credit card bank.

Unfortunately, there is little documentation to back up my allegations - two packing slips with no information.

It is interesting that they are stating minimum charge - that is rather vague.  Back last February the website hooked you with FREE SAMPLES!

Perhaps a letter to the Florida Attorney General and letting them know what you think of one of their industries, Desir Brilliance Skin Care, may help other consumers trapped in their deceptive advertising
