This is my second attempt to write a clear report:  I have a Capital One card.  In February I succumbed to Desir Brilliance Skin Care Company's offer of free samples and I gave them my credit card number so that the shipping charges would be paid.  When I received my credit card statement I was charged March 4, 5 for products I did not receive, so I assumed they were charging me for the samples, $89.94, $84.97, $174.91 total  Confused, I tried to register a complaint, so I emailed support@trybrilliance.com. The email failed.  I phoned Capital One and explained my concerns about the company, so they suggested I get a new card, which I did.

Desir Brillance They have/had a campaign for free trial w/minimal payment; it was evidently hidden that we would be charged $87 a month after that; it was not to be found anywhere; we called to get a refund which they said would happen if we returned the item; refund never came and I cannot get ahold of anyone. unknown Internet
