I placed an order on 06/07/14. To date, I have not received the jeans that I purchased ($99.00), or a response from anyone within this company on my numerous status request attempts. I have sent multiple emails to the email address listed (which I am learnng goes directly to the owner, Kirsten Kitner) on their site(orders@destroyedbrand.com), as well as voice mails to the number listed (323) 786-9329. I have been ripped off. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY..look up the numerous complaints filed against this company by searching the company phone number in google! ((323) 786-9329). So Far I have filed detailed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, The California Attorney Generals office as well as the Business Consumer Alliance, and now here.

In this report I'm named as the owner of the company. That is false information. Keith Ruby is the owner of Destroyed Brand.The number on the website is to contact him. I was only the shipping, receiving and customer support agent through my home. I had quit working for this company months prior to this report filed on June 8 2014. To my knowledge all orders where to receive and did receive a refund since the owner could not fill orders. I requested my name to be removed but Ripoff report stated it would cost me around $10,000 to do so. My only other option is to take this person to court which would cost me more than the $99 pair of jeans she purchased . Talk about a rip off! Prior to these reports being released I strongly believe as a good business or customer you would verify information and make sure you are not representing false information. extremely disappointed in this company and the customer for dragging my name through the mud for something I did not do and was not responsible for!
