We was contacted by kelly from detailed property preservation back in early november 2014 about doing property preservation in the mobile alabama area,she set us up ppw account to upload our pictures and invoices after about 30 days of performing our first job for her we ask about when we would receive a payment and she said on friday she will be sending out payments and we never received anything since then and it's already the middle of january and haven't been paid dollar $1 from her or her company,after several phone calls and emails and text i was promised to be paid and it never happened,kelly reynolds is a very dishonest individual and is a compulsive liar and she has lost both contracts in both states alabama and mississippi from altisource.
To all property preservation contractors in the southeast please be aware of her and don't do business kelly from detailed property preservation.

We even ask her if she could give us a date on when she could promise to pay us and we could never get that out of her, she used a constent excuse of saying she was in the hospital and was also going to have a C section and that she couldn't get someone to bring her a laptop to see what she could pay out for and never gotten back with us about payment. She even said that she could get someone to go make a payment through western union and we gave her our info and we never received any confirmation. We have documentation and times and dates of emails and text on when she said she would make a payment to us and it was a complete lies. We cleaned out 3 foreclosed houses and did grass cuts & maintenance jobs in the mobile & atmore alabama areas. We have went as far as contacting altisorce vendor management to let them be aware of the sceems and scams and fraudulant activities that are being performed kelly reynolds at detaled properety preservation services...and it is being investigated at this time.
