Detective Weber of Baton Rouge Police Department Falsified the entire investigation and covered up the crime, of violence, committed against me by a cop and now are SILENCING me Baton Rouge Louisiana

I have been battered over 20 times by a cop, Kyle Poulicek, and the batteries left me with permanent facial deformities. I reported the crime to the police but they falsified the entire investigation. When I mentioned to an Assistant District Attorney Melanie Fields that if she will ignore the evidence of the crime and crime cover-up and still refuse to prosecute Kyle Poulicek who permanently deliberately deformed me, I will publicize everything that pertains to the crime and crime cover up -- my personal computer and my email started being monitored by those criminals. When I posted my story on facebook, my account was deactivated within an hour. When I posted the information below on my personal website, it was deleted!

I am being silenced and my First Amendment Rights are being violated.

Defective James Weber of BRPD falsified investigative reports and lied under oath numerous times.

Weber falsified information in his "investigation" and covered-up the crime - not just by non-action but by deception - with approval of his superiors.
In the very beginning, he pretended to be dumb - as if he does not understand what happened and does not see that the crime has been committed. But since I was bringing more and more evidence, playing dumb no longer worked and criminals that run Baton Rouge Police Department started openly and outrageously lie and falsify evidence directly.
If you look at the report he made (and I know that he has been updating it continuously and changing it in light of the evidence I was providing) - none of it makes sense - a pathetic bogus sloppy cover-up.

By the way, I have been trying to get a copy of the public record of that bogus investigation since January, 2018 - that is almost for a year - but BRPD would not give it to me. They simply ignore my requests and when I am trying to contact the legal department that issues those records, they never return my calls or answer emails. I got those reports accidentally - when Poulicek was served with a TRO, he obtained the record on the same day. By mistake (that I am sure he and other criminals who have been helping them to get away with his horrific wrongdoings regretted many times), he gave a copy to some attorney of a free legal service, to persuade them not to represent me. Unexpectedly for everyone, especially for me, the director of legal services of that organization decided to give me a copy when I saw it and requested it. When I looked over it, I was in shock - I had no idea what was in that report and had been trying to find out for months - and now I could see so many outrageous lies and falsifications that I knew I could easily disprove.

Thinking that I was in a safe place - a room where IRIS (local center for battered women) interviews victims - I started talking to the attorney about it. Well, I did not know that IRIS was also helping Poulicek to get away with the crime and both Poulicek's attorneys (Brenden Craig and Todd Tyson) were in that room all the time I was being interviewed, eavesdropping on everything I was saying - with permission of IRIS's workers, of course. When they heard me stating that there is numerous false information and outrageous fabrications in that report, they sent Weber who came to testify against me and present his fabricated investigation so that I will not receive a protective order away - he was not at the hearing and when I subpoenaed him to come to the next hearing, in 2 weeks, he disregarded the subpoena. When he eventually (involuntarily) appeared, he outrageously lied under oath stating obvious fabrications that I can easily disprove with the documents I have.

When he just came to the hearing and saw me sitting in the waiting room, he looked at me and made that sound with his tongue that had so much meaning in it. You know how sometimes body language and other non-verbal attributes speak louder than any words? That was an example of that and I heard loud and clear: "Hey, you, (insert the most misogynistic and disgusting word you can think of), why don't you stick all your evidence up your a*s - I lied to you, I lied on that report, and you cannot do anything about it."

After months of victimization by Weber (with his lies, refusal to accept evidence, ignoring evidence I gave him, pretending that "there is no evidence," etc), I contacted his supervisors Dotson and Murphy - and got even more cruel treatment.
When I contacted those who are Murphy's supervisors - Carey, Windham, and the Chief of BRPD - they simply ignored me and I never received any response from those individuals.
