Hi, I know that there are other people in Viginia and the rest of the US that have been a victim of SAXON MORTGAGE!!! I had been in an abusive loan with Saxon for over 7 years. I unfortunately had to sell my home, but the hell I went through to get out of this excessive, predatory, and ruthless loan about killed me. I was forced into bankruptcy, had to hire a mediator, and sell all that I owned to get rid of my adored home that I had fought to keep. I had a full offer on my home and had to go through my bankruptcy lawyer to get approval to sell. This took some time, but my diligent lawyer got this pushed through. Saxon would either have not claimed to get the fax or would not acknowledge it's being sent from a lawyer!
Saxon then entered the sale as a "Short Sale" and began proceeding with legal fees for a foreclosure. My lawyers constantly contacted Saxon and their lawyers in Virginia explaining that it was a full sale and they would be easily paid off-they persisted with foreclosure. Finally my lawyer stopped the foreclosure, but I was stuck with $3,500 in legal bills from Saxon, due to their "error" in entering the sale. I do not know how many times I called them, my lawyer called them-they would not change it. I kept getting the runaround. Then when it came to closing, they kept on delaying providing a payoff-which caused they buyer's loan to expire, and they had to reapply. This cost me accelllerated interest and fees.
It was a nightmare. I have consulted with my c.p.a. and lawyer and they feel
that I have been abused by this ruthless lender. I am in the process of taking legal action, THERE ARE OTHERS LIKE ME OUT THERE!!!! It has been suggested by my c.p.a. that the more people involved , the stronger, the chance of getting back over $35,000.00plus that this predator got away with. I started off with a
$1,200.00 a month loan that ended up being $2,200.00 a month in 7 years!!!
I could write a 1,000 page horror story about this. The short of it, they need to be stopped!!!! I had to give up my dream of owning a home and now am pretty much on the street. I look forward in hearing from people in Va or the rest of the United States that has been a victim of this dream stealing, money draining,killer vampire of a company-Saxon
