Zach Morton positions himself as an expert and that he can get anything done.
We trusted him with some big projects for our clients. He was not only non-responsive for MONTHS, but after we finally got him to respond, we ended up having to work with his developers/designers to get things done as his personal life issues took him away (whatever that means, probably all BS, most everything was).
To top things off, the designers that we worked with ended up coming to us months later asking if we had heard from him because he owed them a large sum of money. I told them I was not surprised, and we the opportunity loss from him was so great for us, as well as the money we paid him.
Please do not use Zach or his company. He should not be allowed to be in business. It is really a scam, and you will not receive ANY work, only excuses. This is a real glossed over version of what actually happened. The stress in trying to get these projects with him done alone is worth not dealing with him in the first place, yet alone the money lost and the relationships lost with our clients.
He should be in jail. Really. He is a scam artist. Stay away. Don't let your business suffer because of him.

I am an ex-employee of Devs On Demand, and can confirm the this report is 100% accurate.
Zach Morton lied to everyone, about pretty much everything. He lied to clients about ETAs, cost, what work was done, what quality of work was done, and everything else you can think of. He lied to his employees about how many hours they would work, what their rate of pay would be, when they would be payed, and more.
The amount of lies was only exceeded by the amount in which he didn't care for others. If you owed him any money you got no less the 10+ calls a day about it. If he owed you money, he couldn't be reached for several days at the least; or he would be "very busy" with some unspecific project or business meeting and "would get back with you later." If you were an employee, chances are that you were getting paid less than minimum wage or not at all.
I cannot even fully explain how bad it was to work for him, or to be a client of his. I can confirm that alot of his business practices are illegal. However, I won't sue him because I honestly just never want anything to do with him again; it's just not worth dealing with him.
The worst part is that everyone else in his company was honest and generally hard-working. The only reason why his business failed was because of his actions and descisions. And now employees have had their reputation negatively effected because of him.
