Diamond Auto Glass does not stand behind their work or honor court orders!! Phoenix Arizona

I used Diamond Auto Glass to replace my windshield. After the replacement, I began to experience problems with my Sirius Satellite reception because the antenna runs along the windshield. Upon inspection by a Nissan dealership and their licensed technicians, it was discovered the satellite antenna had been cut and stretched. The only way this could have occurred is during the replacement of the windshield. This cost me $480.00 to repair due to their faulty workmanship!!

I called them several times, left several messages and no one returned my calls. I sent an email and no one returned that either. I submitted a complaint at the Better Business Bureau and they did nothing. I filed a claim in small claims court and won a judgment against Diamond Auto Glass in the amount of $601.00 ($480.00 in repairs and $121.00 in court costs).

Diamond Auto Glass did not pay me so the court summoned them to appear so this could be settled and they ignored it. Total costs to me have now reached $668.00 and they have yet to even acknowledge that I had a complaint and they refuse to acknowledge that they owe me this money DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND FAULTY WORKMANSHIP.

DO NOT USE DIAMOND AUTO GLASS FOR ANY WINDSHIELD REPAIRS OR WINDOW TINTING SERVICES. IF YOU HAVE ISSUES, THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU OR DO ANYTHING TO RECTIFY YOUR COMPLAINT.
