*Consumer Comment: She got me too, taking legal action
she did the same to me. all the crazy emails back and forth and no dog. she's going to get caught because I am not letting it go. My husband has alot of connections. she's a disgusting excuse for a human. hope she gets hers one day. bad things happen to bad people and I take solace in that.

She got me too, taking legal action

I wanted to let you know Sarah Phelps, AKA Daimond Pheps got me too. I have filed a report with the FBI for internet fraud, the Texas Attorney General's office and have hired a lawyer. I plan to pursue legal actions against Ms. Phelps. I hope you will file a report with the FBI internet fraud unit as well as the Texas Attorney general. Both can be found on line. Ms. Phelps is a scammer, takes peoples money and runs. I do not believe she even had ownership of the dogs she sold. I have seen the same dogs she sent pictures of on other people's websites. We need to stop her and anyone scammed by her should file a report with the FBI and Attorney Generals office and get an attorney. Fraud is a crime and Ms. Phelps needs to pay.
