We were advised that Home Relief Services had changed their name to The Diener Law firm in an email sent from Ken Buhler of Payment Relief Services March 10, 2009. He stated that they have delayed their processing of their refunds, but with some persistence we would be able to receive our refund. He stated that they are very busy but for us to "be relentless and don't take no for an answer!"

He then gave us our contact information of The Diener Law Firm (888)818-5337, Arch Teer - manager, ext 203 and Amanda Penny - Head Negotiator ext 223. After an email May 11 from Amanda Penny - Senior Negotiator, we were asked for more personal information.

We are currently still waiting on our $2795 refund....
