I placed an order in some weeks ago and I have also tried to contact them by phone and by email. No one is responding to me and I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt until I seen this womans complaint on rip off report and she was going through the same problems I was experiencing and figured out on my own that they screwed me over. The only thing that I recieved from them was an reciept number which doesnt make a difference because when I plugged that number in on www.usps.com, they say that that report number doesnt exist and that was some weeks ago... I have had all the problem that the other women has complained about so its no sense in re-writing what she has stated. Unless someone can reply to my email or return any of my phone call and voicemails, then I am going to follow my intuition and this other womens complaint and say that Dime a Dozen butt enhacements is nothing other than a SCAM!!!!!!!

Please inform us of any problems directly because all orders have been delivered according to usps.com. We dont have any orders on hold. We searched our database and havent had any orders with your name all year. Please provide us with your real name/address so we can track your package.

Our track an order page proves that we ship out all orders on time. You made a mistake when you entered your PayPal Receipt Number on usps.com. You must use the Tracking Number on usps.com. Follow these steps: On the PayPal receipt find the Order Number > On our website find your Order Number in the left column > The Tracking Number is in the right column. >  Enter the Tracking Number on usps.com. If you need further assistance please contact us.

Dimes a dozen is not a scam!

Hello I don't work with the company or anything I am a person who has purchased their book. I keep on hearing that they don't send the books and what not. They clearly explain why it took so long. Also since they were in stock when  I purchased mine it got here on time. Even when you chose the 2-3 days delivery in usps they specifically say that it is not a guarantee that it will get there with 3 days. Also about the tracking number not gong through, yes that happened to me bu I must have gone to the wrong place or placed the purchase number instead and it said the same thing. Well when you go to the dimes a dozen site you can track your package it takes you directly to the usps website the tracking link is located at the bottom of the site. After I placed my tracking number it told me where my package was and when it would arrive to my home. There for Dimes a dozen isn't a fraud!!! Stop posting bs like that when your the one who doesn't pay attention or who is just a hater to the company!!! You people made me freak out when I read all the bad reviews but I learned its  just all lies.. Oh and Thank you soo much dimes a dozen!!!!

Duplicate Complaint: We show package delivered.

AUTHOR: Dime a dozen - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, December 07, 2009

Kelcy,

We noticed you filed a two complaints for one order that was placed on 08/05/2009. Please see our below answers.

Q: Why was your order delayed?

A: On Aug. 05, 2009 you placed an order after business hours with us and selected 5-7 day shipping. Your item was delivered on Aug 18, 2009. Our websites states orders will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. It took a total of 10 business days for you to receive the package. We apologive if you didn't receive our emails regarding this order although we sent valid tracking information. Please check your spam box.

Q: Why is there no record of your item?

A: We never claimed to have no record of your purchase. The PayPal Receipt ID was used on usps.com instead of the trackng number we sent via email. Your tracking number is 9101 7850 9140 1135 3557 03 which shows it was delivered on Aug 18, 2009.

Again we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. We look forward to helping you achieve your goals.

Sincerely,

Customer Service
