This company claims to be from Zurich Switserland and claims to give loans to people with poor credit. They contact you via e-mail from a mail.com account. Mail.com allows a person to select a domain name from a list. Diplomats.com is one on the list and is not the name of a lender. Diplomats Financial Services has you fill out an application and then asks you to Western Union a transfer/commision fee to one of the following address

Do not send this "company" money as it is illegal to ask for an upfront fee other than a small application fee for a loan. This is one of many scams like this run throughout the internet.
