In May I and my roomate went to the ATM in north topeka and He assisted me with withdrawing 440 dollar the transaction was going well until the cash dispenser would not dispense money notified bank that owes Atm and notified Direct Express this was my SSDI money they refunded my money within three weeks and took it off my next months check said it was still pending and they could do that was not notified before this
