Direct Exteriors Inc. Insurance Fraud Littleton, Colorado

I need to warn folks about working with this Company. It has come to my attention that Direct Exteriors Inc, a restoration company headquartered in Maple Grove MN, and working in Colorado, is now committing Insurance Fraud. They are taking Home Owners Insurance checks and either doing the work, but not paying their suppliers or contractors, resulting in lien's being filed against these homeowners; and the homeowners have paid their bills in full to the company. Sometimes not doing the work at all. This company appears to have really gone down hill and has no regard for these folks. Some clients are elderly folks, much of them over the age of 70 years old. There also has been some cases of employee's of the company not being paid for their services as well. All I'm saying is be very careful if you decide to work with this company. My suggestion is, that if you're working with this company, DO NOT GIVE THEM THE MONEY UP FRONT. Also, make sure to have them sign a "release of lien authority" BEFORE DOING THE WORK, so that if they don't pay their suppliers, that they cannot file a lien on your home. Honestly my best advice is to NOT work with them at all at this point. Want to validate my info, no problem, call the Colorado State Attorney General's Office and investigate, don't take my word for it, do your own research and you will find out for yourself. It is also concerning that the office in Colorado no longer exists as well. WATCH OUT!!! I also found out that they fired everyone in the Colorado office a while ago, leaving nobody to help these folks. In my opinion, these folks are not honest and ethical at all. BUT DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF!
