Direct Merchants Bank ripoff Chicago Illinois

Direct merchants refuses to take a 640.00 charge off my report. The merchant who put this charge on my card doublebilled 2 credit cards for the same charge, my card and my friends card.

I sent direct merchants proof. Also, we were charged for a timeshare that we never recieved nor never will recieve. I have sent 2 letters to direct merchants about this matter and all they can say is have the crooked merchant return the money to my credit card. This is like asking the fox to return the hens eggs.
