DirectExpress Comerica Bank allowed SS benefits for my grandson to be stolen throught fraud Denver Colordo

I am the payee for my grandson and oldest daughter. My oldest daughter has stolen the card that the SSI Beneifits are loaded on by fraudulent means. She has been using my information to obtain cards, intercept them and so forth. I informed DirectExpress of this and was told that they would not put any kind of password or code to stop this.

I asked them you mean to tell me that as long as she calls in and says that she is me that you will continue to hand out information, I was told yes. I found this to be unheard of so I called again and was told that what they could do is set it up to where if any changes or if any cards where to be issued out I would have to send in two forms of ID.

I asked the person on the other line what if she used a fake ID and SS card. The exact words that were told to me was that if it looked like me then yes she could get a card. I proceeded to ask him how do you know what I look like. For The Social Security Departmrnt to continue to allow this on go on is beyond me. My grandson has not seen his check since September 2015.

I went to the Social Security Office here in Denver to report this and was told by a guard that went to ask about this the they would not refund his money back and I have to deal with Direct. I have made every attemp to get this resolved but to no avail. A police report was made to the local police departmrnt here about the theft.
