Communications sent to the company regarding the fraudulent listing have gone unanswered and unresolved. Internet

We were alerted by a customer that an inaccurate telephone listing for our company was listed on the internet. The site they found the information wasdirectorycentral.com .  When we reviewed the information on the site for our business, almost all of the information contained in the listing was/is inaccurate including: spelling of business name, business address, business telephone number, business contact person, annual sales, etc. We sent communications to directorycentral.com advising them of an illegal profile created for our business but to date the listing remains and our communications have gone unanswered. The site seems to be a scam in that it continually directs you to a page to register in order to do anything, yet once you have registered you cannot claim a listing, file a public review, nor can you lodge an internal complaint. The site appears to be a spam / scam site with no safety mechanisms in place to review business submission listings.  Nor does it ensure that those creating a business profile/listing have authority or ownership to do so.  We are a legally trademarked company, so this site had resources through the United States Patent and Trademark Office upon which to refer and confirm validity of business ownership.
