We ordered Shutters back in August of 2005- kept calling the company to find out what was taking so long- spoke with Jennifer and Jessica- kept telling us that the company was backed up and that the shutter would be ready by the second week in November. The date came and went. Spoke with the office manager (I cant remember his name) he stated they would be ready December 15th. I tried to call December 19th and the phone had been disconnected.

Does anyone have the name of the manufactor that Discount Blind and Shade Factory used? Also looking for an address and phone number for their new company- Shutters USA, North American Shutters.
