Discount Capital Corp Jim Hagen, President EQUIPMENT FINANCING SCAM COMPANY Huntington Beach, California

We have seen other reports on the Scam that this company and Mr. Hagen are conducting.  We also got caught. 

In summary:  Discount Capital Corp through its representative Jim Hagen, President proposed through a local Broker that we have worked with,  to arrange an equipment loan for our company in the amount of $650,000.00. 

They demanded a deposit in the amount of one months loan payment prior to initiating the project.  We should have been smart enough to recognize a sacm but a payment of $14,995.00 was made by wire transfer on Feb. 18, 2010.

Subsequently we provided numerous documents that were requested and we received numerous assurances and dates for completion of the loan but nothing has happened.  Since approximately April , 2010 the company and Mr., Hagen have not accepted or returned phone or e-mail messages from the local Broker or from us.  In addition to the company phone numbers we have a cell phone # 714-421-4318 which also does not get answered or messages returned.

Like others we found that the corporatin registration is not current so we will approach this as a claim against Jim Hagen, personally

We filed a complaint with the Attorney General in our state.  They advise that this may rise to a criminal action and adivse that we contact various agencies including .

U S Secret Service,  Electronic Crimes Task Force

Federal Bureau of Investigation

U S Postal Inspection Service

U S Attorney's Office

Local County Attorney.

We will request that each of these offices intercede on our behalf and we will determine whether there can be civil legal proceedings agains Mr. Hagen.
